Did what he needed to do last night. I don't think the media wanted to give him a hands down win (less exciting) but the reality is that he held his own during the foreign policy discussion and drove it home during the domestic policy discussion. Moreover, Cheney continued to lie even as Edwards called him and the current administration on there lies. See the video put out by the DNC today called Cheney v. Reality. While you're there check out the other recent ads. I think the dem ads have gotten a lot better since the new communications team came on board. Bottom line for me is that Cheney wasn't horrible, he just looked tired and a bit beaten down. Edwards wasn't spectacular but he held up which is all that he needed to do.
